A Booking Fee of 25% of the total course fee is required to confirm and reserve your specified course/s. All Booking Fees are non-refundable but can be re-applied to another course. The balance of the course fees are payable 14 days prior to commencement of the first course date. A student contract will be issued when booking our courses.
A notice period of 14 days is required for cancelling a course to apply for a refund, a £25 admin fee will be deducted. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the course, in the event of a student failing to attend a confirmed course, or a student starting a course and then changing their mind.
It may be necessary for Bedfordshire Beauty Academy to reschedule or cancel a course due to any unforeseen circumstances, upon which a booking has been made. If the reschedule dates of the course are not convenient to you, Bedfordshire Beauty Academy’s liability will be limited to a refund of the course fees or Booking Fees paid. You will in this circumstance, be entitled to a full refund of your course Booking Fee or full fee if you have already paid this.
Any information that you provide remains at the sole discretion of Bedfordshire Beauty Academy. Details will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be shared or disclosed to a third party.
We may on occasion email you with special course offers and discounts and course information, if you do not want to receive this then please let us know you wish to opt out of marketing emails.
Confirmation in writing via email will be sent to you upon booking your course.
Although Bedfordshire Beauty Academy is pleased to provide advice; it is the course applicant’s responsibility, having referred to relevant sources of course information, to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements and insurance.

All students are required to observe and abide by all the policies regarding health and safety and any other regulation set out by Bedfordshire Beauty Academy.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
